It is my greatest passion and pleasure to be supporting all genders, sexual orientations and relationship configurations to be healing, deepening and expanding in their intimate and sexual expression - within themselves, and with others.

Why is this important (to me)? It is within our body that all Truth lies. It is within each PRESENT moment that Truth is being revealed. And within our bodies is an innate and divine intelligence, a natural resilience, native creativity, and generativity of our Being. As we begin to build an intimate relationship with our body, and the life-force that moves through us (our sexuality!) ...and as we get curious about what is blocking or impairing that flow, we are able to slowly nurture our resilient aliveness and we become open and available to so much possibility!
 Our sexuality touches every aspect of our lives, and so many patterns play out in our sexuality. Patterns can sometimes be negatively expressed in our bodies, beliefs and behaviors. Often these patterns are disruptive of the current of life-force, of ease and flow. Before we can expand into a fuller expression of our sexuality and life flow, it is necessary that we get curious about some of those patterns and disruptions. This flow is what allows us to access and experience the wisdom that is within the body, within our cells, and in our tissues. The framework that I work within is about patterns: in the mind, in the body, and within our subconscious. The access point is through our body, and how we invite, express or suppress pleasure and sexuality.

It is my commitment to craft a safe, supportive, and intentional space for conversation and exploration. Together we will explore both the 'seen and unseen' aspects of what is holding you back from living into your fullest expression!  www.EmbodyPleasure.org
